Purchase of a product does not imply ownership of the image or design of the product.

Delays

The seller can not be held responsible for any delays caused by posting.

Refunds & Returns

Please Phone 01872 501261 Or Email annesquire123@gmail.com if you are not happy with your order, we will do our best to rectify this as quickly as possible.

Refunds on personalised/custom items and jewellery will only be accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect. Damages must be reported within

24hours of delivery.

Refunds on non-personalised items are accepted on non-damaged and unused items only.

If you wish to return an item, please note that any items must be returned within 1 week of purchasing. They must be unopened in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

A return label will be emailed after the buyer contacts Elerkey Gallery & Gifts this must be attached securely to the parcel and taken to the post office.

Refund will be sent once the item is received by Elerkey Gallery & Gifts.

The seller has the right to charge for return postage.
